Since our founding in 1871, Konoike Construction Company Ltd. has aimed to achieve a society where people can live with a sense of safety and peace of mind, which we have pursued through expert craftsmanship that reflects our Corporate Spirit of “Sincerity, Cordiality, and Promptitude.”

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of our foundation, we set our long-term target for our comprehensive business activities as “the KONOIKE ONE VISION 2050.”
With this vision, we are aiming to be a company that is chosen by society, providing continuous value to customers and all stakeholders. This year will be the final fiscal year of “The Konoike Group Medium-Term Management Plan (2023–2025).” Circumstances surrounding the construction industry become more challenging each year, amid increasing severity of the climate change issue and turmoil in the international situation and the energy situation. The Konoike Group has focused on enhancing our technology design, and construction capabilities and earned to the trust of our customers. We will continue to strive to develop human resources, advance the environmental field, which is one of our strengths, and work to resolve a range of social issues utilizing technology.

The Konoike Group aims to provide value to people and to society, and to become a general contractor that is chosen by society.
